Richard Kosinski

RICHARD KOSINSKI is President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of Network-1 Security Solutions, Inc. Before Network-1
he most recently served as President of nCipher, Inc., a leading
developer of Internet security products, where he was responsible
for worldwide sales and marketing operations and developing and
growing the company’s business worldwide. Mr. Kosinski co-founded
Netegrity, Inc., with the successful merger of his company,
Internet Security Corporation, with Netegrity’s predecessor
company. Prior to the merger, Internet Security Corporation,
among other things, was Check point Software’s first and largest
US distributor. Following the merger, he served as Executive Vice
President of Netegrity and was instrumental in the development of
Siteminder, the market-leading solution for securely managing
user access to e-business websites. He also served as Vice
President and General Manager of Security’7 Software, Inc., an
Israeli start-up company, where he successfully managed the
introduction of the company and its Java security products into
the US marketplace before selling the company to Computer
Associates, Inc. His early career was spent in sales leadership
roles for BBN, Digital Products and Hewlett-Packard. He earned a
BS degree from McGill University and went on to pursue an MS
degree in Computer Science at Boston University.
