Richard F. Rutkowski

RICHARD F. RUTKOWSKI joined Microvision, Inc., in December 1994 as Chief
Operating Officer. He was named a Director in August 1995 and Chief
Executive Officer in September. In July 1996, he was elected President.
Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Medialink
Technologies Corporation (formerly Lone Wolf Corporation), a developer
of high-speed digital networking technology for multimedia applications
in audio/video computing, consumer electronics and telecommunications.
Mr. Rutkowski also was Principal of the consulting firm of Rutkowski,
Erickson, Scott.
