Richard E. Greulich

RICHARD E. GREULICH, JR., joined William D. Witter, Inc., in December
2000 to organize and manage a new hedge fund, William D. Witter
Partners, LP. He also manages separate accounts. Mr. Greulich started
his career at Citibank as an analyst and a small-cap fund portfolio
manager. He was with Neuberger Berman for 18 years where he managed
individual accounts and was an institutional salesman. Mr. Greulich
earned a BA from Hanover College and an MBA from Northwestern University
Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst. Mr. Greulich is married and has three daughters.
