Richard D. McGraw

RICHARD D. MCGRAW has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a
major shareholder with Vitran Corporation Inc. since 1983. Prior to
joining Vitran he was President & Chief Executive Officer at Parkway
Automotive Investments Ltd.; he was Vice President, Corporate
Development, CBS Records. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC (1966).
