William Nussey – Ixl Enterprises Inc (iixl)

William Nussey is President & CEO of iXL Enterprises, Inc. In 1996 he was employed by Greylock, a venture capital firm with offices in Boston and Palo Alto that invests in early stage companies in the software, data communications, and health care industries. Greylock's investments include Ascend, Checkfree, Media Metrix, DoubleClick, and Internet Security Systems. While at Greylock, Mr. Nussey was responsible for several IT-related investments, including a 1997 capital investment in iXL Enterprises. Prior to joining Greylock, Mr. Nussey was CEO and co- Founder of Da Vinci Systems, an electronic mail software company used by three million people in 45 countries. Da Vinci Systems was sold to On Technology in 1994. Mr. Nussey holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
