Richard A. Southworth

RICHARD A. SOUTHWORTH was named President and Chief Executive Officer of
Spectrum Control, Inc. in 1997. He joined Spectrum in 1991 as Vice
President and General Manager. Prior to that time, Mr. Southworth held
executive positions with Philips Components North America, Murata
Electronics North America, and Erie Technological Products. He graduated
from Gannon University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and
Mathematics. Mr. Southworth is affiliated with the following
organizations: Board of Directors, Spectrum Control, Inc.; Board of
Trustees, Hamot Health Foundation; Board of Corporators, Hamot Health
Foundation; Board of Corporators, St. Vincent’s Health System; Board of
Northwestern Pennsylvania Workforce Investment; Council of Fellows, Penn
State Erie, the Behrend College.
