Richard A. Janus

RICHARD A. JANUS is Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Managing
Director for Victory Capital Management. He joined the firm and/or an
affiliate in 1977, following three years prior investment experience.
Before his tenure with the firm, Mr. Janus was a bank examiner with the
Treasury Department. He is Portfolio Manager for the Charitable
Convertible Securities Fund, EB Convertible Securities Fund, Key Trust
Convertible Securities Fund, and the Victory Convertible Fund. Mr. Janus
earned a BS degree from David N. Myer College and a Master of Economics
degree from Cleveland State University. In addition, he is a Chartered
Financial Analyst charterholder and a Certified Financial Planner.
