Rich Redelfs

RICH REDELFS is President and Chief Executive Officer of Atheros
Communications, Inc. Formerly Vice President and General Manager of 3Com
Corporation’s Wireless and Home Connectivity Division, Mr. Redelfs spent
more than 10 years at 3Com in various sales, marketing, and general
management positions including Vice President of Marketing for the
Mobile Communications Division, Director of Americas Hub Marketing,
National Reseller Sales Manager, and National OEM Sales Manager. Prior
to 3Com, Mr. Redelfs was Chief Operating Officer of Polygon, a small
communications software company. He has an MBA from Harvard Business
School and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue
University.
