Reinhard Schmidt

REINHARD SCHMIDT joined EP MedSystems, Inc., in August 2001 as
President and Chief Operating Officer, and in August 2002 was
named President and Chief Executive Officer. In his first year he
reduced costs by 28% and grew revenues 25% over the prior year,
while completing the product development and regulatory filing of
key technologies. His 20 years’ experience in the medical
technology field includes senior level assignments at Siemens
Medical and GE Medical.
