Ray R. Seegmiller

RAY R. SEEGMILLER is President and CEO of Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation.
Prior to this position, Mr. Seegmiller has held various upper management
positions, i.e. President and COO from September 1997 to May 1998,
Executive Vice President and COO from 3/97 to 9/97 and Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since June of 1995, when he joined
the Company. Other experience includes: Owned and Operated RCS
Enterprises, Inc., from May 1993 to June 1995. President & CEO of The
Terry Companies, Houston, Texas from 1988 to 1993, and has held a
variety of positions at Marathon Manufacturing Company from 1963-1988
including President & CEO. He earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration in 1957 from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. He
majored in Accounting and is a CPA, State of Texas.
