DR. GEOFFREY S. CARROLL joined Internet Commerce Corporation as
President & CEO in June 1999. Prior to ICC, he served as President and
Chief Executive Officer of LCC International, Inc., one of the world's
largest suppliers of integrated end-to-end infrastructure services to
the global wireless telecommunications industry. Prior to LCC, Dr.
Carroll served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Origin B.V.,
the information technology services subsidiary of Philips N.V., Europe's
largest electronics manufacturer. He was responsible for building one of
the 10 largest IT service companies in the world. Previously, Dr.
Carroll spent more than six years with EDS (Electronic Data Systems),
holding the positions of Group Executive for Europe, Member of the EDS
Europe Board of Directors and President of Northern Europe. Dr. Carroll
was one of the pioneers of IT outsourcing in Europe and is one of the
