Rainer Poertner

RAINER POERTNER is the Chairman of MediaX Corporation. Mr. Poertner has
a 12 year track record of bringing new and innovative computer hardware
and software to the international marketplace. His accomplishments
include introducing the first digital recording and editing system in
the world, plus one of the most successful business utility software
applications sold in the US. He is experienced in establishing and
developing technology start-up companies and communicating with the
investment community. Based on his Silicon Valley successes, he was
selected as the 1995 California Software Entrepreneur of the Year by the
Southern California Software Council. A dynamic and multi-faceted
entrepreneur, Mr. Poertner has also gathered considerable experience in
the entertainment industry, specifically in recording, touring, and
publishing. Mr. Poertner has been European Manager for the Rolling
Stones, Paul McCartney and others. He studied economics, psychology and
sociology at the University of Frankfurt in Germany, and has a Business
degree from the Klinger Business University in Frankfurt.
