R. Crosby Kemper

R. CROSBY KEMPER III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UMB
Financial Corporation, an $8 billion financial services holding company
headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Kemper is past Chairman of
the Missouri Bankers Association. He serves on the Boards of many civic
organizations, including current positions as Vice Chairman and
Treasurer of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and as the
Governor-appointed Chairman of the Missouri Commission on the Future of
Higher Education. Mr. Kemper, who began his career at UMB in 1977,
attended Yale University as well as Eton College in Windsor, England.
