Steven J. Schuster

Prior to forming the Partnership, STEVEN J. SCHUSTER was a Managing
Director and Money Manager at First Manhattan Co. with over nine years of
investment research experience. He joined First Manhattan in 1989 after
receiving after receiving his B.A. in Political Science from Vassar
College. Simultaneous with his undergraduate studies at Vassar College,
he also worked at Furman Selz Mager Dietz & Birnay in equity research.
Mr. Schuster originally joined First Manhattan Co. as a sellside retail
analyst and subsequently assumed responsibilities in money management and
buy-side research. Mr. Schuster is a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts, the Association for Investment Management and
Research, and a member of the Merchandise Analysts Group of New York.
Leonard E. Schuster has nearly 12 years of professional investment
experience. Prior to forming the Partnership, Mr. Schuster attended
Vassar College where he received a B.A. in Economics. While pursuing his
undergraduate studies, he worked at Ernst & Co., in a variety of
capacities including OTC trading. Upon graduating, he formed an
investment company and began to develop the analytical and trading
techniques that are to be employed at Gemina. Mr. Schuster has experinced
a wide variety of market conditions and circumstances, both domestically
and abroad.
