Randy Lindholm

Prior to assuming the position of President and CEO of VidaMed, RANDY
LINDHOLM was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the
company where he was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing
efforts for VidaMed’s TUNA system for the urology market. Prior to
joining VidaMed, he held various positions with Mallinckrodt Inc. from
March 1993 through August 1998. Mr, Lindholm’s most recent position at
Mallinckrodt was Vice President ‘ North America Respiratory Field
Operations where he was responsible for the company’s field sales,
service and clinical team in North America, which included an
organization of 350 people and over $700 in revenue. Mr. Lindholm was
also with GE Medical Systems for 15 years. He held a number of positions
in sales, sales management and marketing. Mr. Lindholm holds a Bachelor
of Science-Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech University. He is
also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Management Program.
