Prabhat K. Dubey

PRABHAT K. DUBEY is President and CEO of MMC Networks, Inc. He has
served as MMC Networks’ president and chief executive officer since he
joined the company in October 1994. From 1989 to 1994, he served as vice
president and general manager of the Wireless & Messaging DSP IC Group
at Lucent Technologies, a communications products company and former
subsidiary of AT&T Corporation. Mr. Dubey holds a Ph.D. in physics from
the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from the
University of Western Ontario.
