Phillip Kelly

PHILLIP KELLY is co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vsource,
Inc. Mr. Kelly drives the company’s vision, strategic direction and
overall operations. Mr. Kelly was a co-founder of NetCel360, a company
with which he held a similar title and role before its acquisition by
Vsource in June 2001. Prior to Vsource, he served as President of Dell
Computer Corporation Asia Pacific, where he established a comprehensive
distribution network serving customers in 49 countries. Prior to joining
Dell, Mr. Kelly served as Vice President and General Manager of
Motorola, Inc.’s Land Mobile Products Sector, North Asia Division. A
recognized industry leader in high technology and e-commerce in the Asia
Pacific region, Mr. Kelly has been quoted extensively in BusinessWeek,
Fortune, Far Eastern Economic Review, the Asian Wall Street Journal as
well as other various top-tier Asian publications. He has also appeared
on CNBC as well as on a variety of Asian television networks. In
addition, he is the author of ‘Asia360,’ a guide on corporate expansion
for enterprise organizations seeking a presence in Asia Pacific. Mr.
Kelly possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the
University of San Diego.
