Phillip D. Miller

PHILLIP D. MILLER is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Alternate Marketing Networks, Inc. He has served as the Chief
Executive Officer and a member of the Board since its inception in 1989.
The company went public in 1995. Mr. Miller has 25 years of experience
as a successful entrepreneur primarily in the private delivery industry
where he is a recognized leader and in the promotion business. In the
course of his career Mr. Miller has founded and either merged or sold
five companies, including Promotional Media Management, American Field
Marketing and Discovery BIDCO (a financial institution in the State of
Michigan). Mr. Miller holds an Associates degree in business. Mr. Miller
is married. He and his wife enjoy boating, cooking, traveling and take
an active role in supporting the local art events and ecological issues.
