Philip J. Pothier

PHILIP J. POTHIER is the Senior Vice President and CFO of The Maritime
Life Assurance Company and was formerly Vice President and Chief
Actuary, Corporate Actuarial, of the company. He received an MSc and BSc
from Dalhousie University. Mr. Pothier is a member of the Society of
Actuaries, Canadian Institute of Actuaries and Financial Executives
Institute.
