Philip H. Grubbe

PHILIP H. GRUBBE is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer. He graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, with
a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 1972. He earned his Chartered
Accountant designation in 1975 with Price Waterhouse in Toronto,
Ontario. Mr. Grubbe has over 25 years’ of oil and gas experience with
companies such as Imperial Oil, Dome Petroleum, Unigas Corporation and
most recently as Vice President, Finance and Administration with
Westcoast Gas Services Inc. Mr. Grubbe joined Upton in April 1997 as the
Vice President, Finance and CFO.
