Peter R. Watkins

PETER R. WATKINS joined Resonate as President and Chief Executive
Officer and was appointed to our Board of Directors in February 2001.
Mr. Watkins served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Network
Associates, a supplier of security and availability solutions for e-
business from December 1999 to December 2000. Mr. Watkins joined Network
Associates in May 1995 as Vice President of International Operations.
From May 1995 to November 1999, Mr. Watkins also served in a number of
other positions at Network Associates including Vice President of
International Sales, General Manager and Vice President Net Tools Secure
Division and Executive Vice President of Product Development and
Services. Mr. Watkins holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University
and an MBA from Yale University.
