Peter Minihane

PETER MINIHANE currently serves as the Interim President and CEO
of Visual Networks, Inc. Previously, he has served as Executive
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Visual
Networks. In these positions, Mr. Minihane was responsible for
Visual Networks’ short- and long-term financial strategies, while
also overseeing investor relations and finance. Mr. Minihane, a
Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Science in
Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from
Bentley College.
