Peter Gilson

PETER GILSON currently serves as the Chairman, CEO and Chairman of the
Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Swiss Army Brands, Inc.
Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Physician Support Systems,
Inc., a company specializing in the management of large physician
practices and hospitals that he acquired in 1991. From 1989 to present,
Mr. Gilson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Warrington Group, Ltd., a manufacturer of safety products. From
1987-1989, he was Executive Vice President of The Timberland Company, a
manufacturer of footwear and outdoor clothing. From 1978-1987, Mr.
Gilson served as President of the GoreTex’ Fabrics division of W.L. Gore
& Associates. From 1963-1978, he worked for DuPont’, primarily in the
international department.
