Peter Ellwood

PETER ELLWOOD has been Chief Executive of Lloyds TSB Group since
February 1997. He is also Non Executive Director of the Royal
Philharmonic Orchestra Limited and Member of the Board of the European
Banking Federation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Bankers, and Companion of the Institute of Management. In 1994, he was
awarded an Honory Doctorate of the University of Central England. He is
a Trustee of the Royal Theatre, Northampton; a member of the Court of
Nene College and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. His interests
include music and theatre. He is married with three children.
