Peter Corney Van Der Lugt

PETER CORNEY VAN DER LUGT is Chairman of the Executive Board of Van der
Moolen Holding NV. Prior to that he was Vice-Chairman and from 1991 to
1995, he was a Member of the Board of Managing Directors at De Nationale
Investeringsbank, in The Hague. He spent two years from 1989 as
Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors at Bank van Haften
Labouchere in Amsterdam and from 1984 to 1990 was Director of Treasury
at Aegon N.V. Mr van der Lugt started his career in ABN in 1966, he
then joined NMB in 1968, and AMRO Bank in 1981. He is married with two
children.
