Peter Atkinson

PETER ATKINSON, President of Global Industries, Ltd., and a native of
England, joined the oil services industry 30 years ago in Beriut,
Lebanon. Prior to joining Global as Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in September 1998, he was Director, Financial Planning with J.
Ray McDermott, SA, having previously served in various McDermott
capacities at McDermott International Inc., and J. Ray, SA for 23 years.
At McDermott, he served at the corporate level as well as in the North
Sea, Middle East, West Africa and Central and South America.
