Paul Smits

PAUL SMITS is Member of the Board of Management of KPN Royal Dutch
Telecom NV. He graduated in Information Technology from the Delft
University of Technology. Prior to his current position, Mr Smits was
the President and CEO of Unisource NV. Before this, he was Executive
Vice President and COO of PTT Telecom BV, after having been the
Executive Vice President Telecommunication Services of the Netherlands
Postal and Telecommunication Services. Mr Smits is Chairman of the Board
of Stichting Centrale Discotheek Rotterdam, AAGUS and Intercai BV, and
Member of the Board of NV Nederlands Congrescentrum, Stadion Feijenoord
NV, Travel Unie International, and Devote NV.
