Paul Schaut

PAUL SCHAUT is President and CEO of Engage, Inc. He is responsible for
the strategic vision, the overall management and the leadership of the
company. With many years of experience in technology, marketing, sales,
and business development, Mr. Schaut drives the growth of the company
and is central to creating new business opportunities. Prior to Engage,
he was Vice President of Strategic Partnering at Open Market, Inc.,
where his responsibilities included the creation and management of
strategic corporate partnerships. Mr. Schaut was directly responsible
for cementing partner agreements with industry-leading companies such as
Oracle, Sybase, PointCast, VeriFone, Netscape, iCat, KPMG, Cambridge
Technology Partners and Microsoft. Before that, he assisted in the
turnaround of ONTOS, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He
has previous international management experience at InterSystems
Corporation and has directed sales, marketing, finance, and technical
support. Mr. Schaut graduated from San Jose State University, where he
earned his BS in Business Administration.
