Paul H. Saylor

PAUL H. SAYLOR is Managing Director of Chadwick, Saylor & Co., Inc. He
is founder and formerly Chairman of Saylor Property Capital, and Co-
Founder of Institutional Property Consultants. Mr. Saylor has been
actively involved as a real estate investment banker, investment
advisor, consultant, developer and asset manager since 1964. He has
extensive experience in the capital restructuring of individual
properties and portfolios of properties, the transfer of ownership of
properties and units in multi-asset portfolios and the provision of
independents fiduciary investment services to institutional investors.
Mr. Saylor graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s
Degree and he completed post graduate studies at the University of
Connecticut. His memberships and affiliations include the National
Realty Committee, the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of
Industrial and Office Parks, the American Society of Real Estate
Counselors, the National Association of Realtors, the National
Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the International Council
of Shopping Centers, the National Council of Real Estate Investment
Fiduciaries, the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Multi
Housing Council, the International Real Estate Institute and the
National Association of Real Estate Editors.
