Paul E. Hassler

PAUL E. HASSLER has been with Patrick Industries, Inc. for over 18 years
and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since April
2004. His most recent position prior to becoming President and CEO was
Vice President of Western Operations. In this capacity he was
responsible for all aspects of more than 12 manufacturing and
distribution facilities. He has over 32 years of Manufactured Housing
and Recreational Vehicle Industry experience including 15 years where,
prior to joining Patrick Industries, he was employed by Skyline Homes,
Inc. in various capacities. Mr. Hassler was instrumental in introducing
Patrick Industries, Inc. to the Industrial Market segment, which
continues to be a major focus for growth for the Company today.
