Paul C. Reyelts

PAUL C. REYELTS is Senior Vice President- Finance at Valspar, which he
joined in 1982. He is the Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer. He is actively involved in strategic planning and M&A
activities. Prior to joining Valspar, Mr. Reyelts spent six years in
corporate finance at Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood, Inc. Mr. Reyelts
received an A.B. in Architecture from Harvard College in 1968 and an
M.B.A. in Finance in 1975 from Harvard Business School. He served as an
officer in the U.S. navy from 1969 to 1972. Paul lives in Minneapolis,
Minnesota with his wife Mary and their two children (Grace and Will,
ages 10 and 8).
