Pamela G. Boone

PAMELA G. BOONE is Vice President of Finance and Administration,
Treasurer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Maverick Tube
Corporation, a position she has held since early 2001. Ms. Boone was
Corporate Controller from 1997 until assuming her current
responsibilities. Before joining Maverick in 1994 as Budget and Tax
Accounting Manager, she was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Ms.
Boone received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University
of Missouri at Columbia (summa cum laude).
