P. Lawrence Wingate

P. LAWRENCE WINGATE, CFA – Director of Investment Policy. Prior to
joining the firm in 1983 he served as Senior Portfolio Manager for the
J.P. Growth Fund and J.P. Investment Management Company of the
Jefferson Pilot Insurance Company for eighteen years. He holds a
Bachelor of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, a
Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina
and the Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) designation. His investment
management experience exceeds thirty years.
