Ole Borch

OLE BORCH became Chairman of the Danish professional football club
Brondby IF in 1997. He is a partner and board member of the largest
Danish law firm Bech-Bruun Dragsted where he specialised in Sports Law.
He was appointed Chairman of a committee established by the Minister of
Cultural Affairs concerning professional football players in 1995. He is
a member of the arbitration tribunal under the Danish Olympic Committee.
He is member of the British Association for Sports and Law. Ole Borch
has also been closely involved in insolvency law. He is Chairman of the
Danish Association for Insolvency Law and Chairman of the Association of
State-Appointed Trustees connected to the Bankruptcy Court in
Copenhagen. Internationally he is member of the Council of the Section
of Business Law of the International Bar Association. He is a Fellow to
the American Collage of Bankruptcy and a member of Insol. Ole Borch is a
speaker on Insolvency Law as well as Sports Law in Denmark and
internationally.
