Nir Nimrodi

NIR NIMRODI is Chief Executive Officer of Proneuron Biotechnologies,
Inc. He has a BA in Economics and an MBA. Mr. Nimrodi joined Proneuron
at the beginning of 2002. During the 1990s he held various senior
management positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. During the
three years prior to joining Proneuron, Mr. Nimrodi was Chief Executive
Officer at Mindsense Biosystems Ltd., a biotechnology company positioned
at the crossroad between modern biology and psychiatry.
