Nicolas Gaume

NICOLAS GAUME is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kalisto
Entertainment SA. He created Kalisto Entertainment in 1990 at the age of
19. At the end of 1994, he sold his company to British media group
Pearson and bought it back in 1996. Kalisto had a successful IPO on June
25th 1999 on the Paris Nouveau March (Euro NM) reaching a Market
capitalisation of 480,000,000 euros in March 2000. As of march 2000, the
company now employs 250 people and is currently developing 12 products.
Nicolas Gaume is a member of the Executive Board of MEDEF and an advisor
on international trade.
