Nicola J.H. Young

NICOLA J.H. YOUNG is Chief Financial Officer of Stereotaxis, Inc. Ms.
Young has worked in finance since 1987, initially as an attorney and
then as an investment banker specializing in healthcare investment
banking. She was most recently Director, Investment Banking, Merrill
Lynch (Global Healthcare Group) and was previously a Director,
Healthcare Investment Banking, Cowen & Co. and Vice President, Mergers
and Acquisitions, Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. Ms. Young previously
practiced as an attorney in mergers and acquisitions and finance. Ms.
Young has advised on more than 60 mergers and acquisitions and financing
transactions, including more than $40 billion of completed transactions.
Clients advised include Glaxo Wellcome, Chiron, Corning (Quest
Diagnostics) and WellPoint Health Networks. Ms. Young received her MBA
from the Harvard Business School and her JD (LLB, Hons) and BSc (Pure
Mathematics) from the University of Sydney, Australia. Ms. Young joined
Stereotaxis in January 2001.
