Nicholas Backhouse

NICHOLAS BACKHOUSE has been the Chief Financial Officer of Freeserve
since July 1999. Prior to joining the company, Mr Backhouse was
Managing Director of ING Barings corporate finance, working in London
and New York. Before joining ING Barings in 1989 he worked in the
management consultancy practice of Coopers and Lybrand, London. He is a
chartered accountant.
