Neil J. Katz

NEIL J. KATZ was appointed Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of
Parlux Fragrances, Inc., in February 2007, and subsequently was appointed
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company in May 2007.
From March 2004 through December 2006, Mr. Katz served as President and Chief
Executive Officer of Gemini Cosmetics, Inc., a prestige fragrance company. From
2003 through 2004, he served as President of Strategem Creative Marketing
Corporation, a marketing and consulting company that provided services to third
parties. From 1991 through 2002, Mr. Katz served as President of Liz Claiborne
Cosmetics, the prestige fragrance division of the Liz Claiborne Corporation.
From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Katz served as President of Revlon’s Beauty Care
Division. He is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors of the
Personal Care Products Council (formerly, The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance
Association) and The Fragrance Foundation.
