Nagy Moustafa

NAGY MOUSTAFA has served as Diversinet’s Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer since November 1997. Mr. Moustafa has more than 16
years of professional experience working in technology and engineering.
From May 1994 to October 1997, Mr. Moustafa was Founder and President of
CIT Canada Inc., an IT consulting company. From January 1990 to May 1994
he was Director of Information Technology with Rogers Communications.
Prior to that he worked at IBM, Computerland, and the Canadian Ministry
of Treasury and Economics. Mr. Moustafa graduated from the American
University of Cairo. He also studied at the Computer Training &
Management Institute at the University of Toronto and at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
