Myron Levy

MYRON LEVY has been Herley’s CEO since August of 2001, after holding the
position of President since June 1993, serving as Executive Vice
President and Treasurer since May 1991, and as Vice President for
Business Operations and Treasurer since October 1988. Mr. Levy is a
Certified Public Accountant, and graduate of Hofstra University in
Hempstead, New York. For more than 10 years prior to joining the
company, he was employed in various executive capacities, including Vice
President, by Griffon Corporation (formerly Instrument Systems
Corporation).
