Mr J Haynes-

Mr J Haynes- Graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies form Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from the London Business School. He worked for Haynes North America for five years with the first two years in California. Mr. Haynes worked in both the editorial and finance functions before moving to Nashville to work in the distribution and production division for a year. He returned to the UK and spent two years working in Sales and Marketing at Haynes before accepting a position at Beeson Gregory, a specialist small cap investment bank in the City. After 18 months he enrolled in the LBS MBA and returned to Beeson Gregory and joined their pan-European equity sales team, where he became a director specialising in high growth enabling technology companies. In 2000, he joined the main board of Haynes Publishing as a non-executive director before becoming the Managing Director of UK and European operations in January 2002. He is the father of a daughter, Augusta, 9 months age and spends his spare time catching up on sleep! He is an avid rugby fan and auto enthusiast. He raced in the Porsche Classic series in a 1973 911T and came in second. Mr. Haynes also spent two years back-packing around India, China, Australia, New Zealand, East Africa, Zanzibar, Mongolia and Russia. As well as publishing Mr. Haynes is an avid reader.
