Mike Vea

MIKE VEA, Chairman, President and CEO of Integra Bank Corporation, has
24 years of experience in financial services segments. Mr. Vea is active
in education, economic development and the arts. He recently led a
community-wide Blue Ribbon Commission to evaluate and improve
Evansville’s K-12 public education system. He serves on the Boards of
University of Evansville, University of Southern Indiana Foundation,
Mayor’s Education Roundtable, Charter Signature School, Vision-e,
Evansville Chamber of Commerce, and Evansville’s Regional Business
Committee. Mr. Vea received his BS in Finance from Indiana University in
1981 and an MBA in Finance/Tax from Depaul University’s night program in
1984. He worked 10 years in Chicago, nine years in Cincinnati and the
last five in Evansville.
