Mike Quigley

MIKE QUIGLEY joined Alcatel USA in December 1999 as Senior Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer from his former position as
General Manager for Alcatel Australia. In May 2000 he was appointed
Chief Executive Officer for Alcatel USA. In this role, Mr. Quigley is
responsible for Alcatel’s business in the US, reporting to Krish Prabhu,
Alcatel’s worldwide Chief Operating Officer. Mike’s affiliation with
Alcatel extends to his college years when he joined Alcatel as a Cadet
Engineer. His broad-based experience encompasses most areas of
telecommunication products, including Switch, Access, Transmission,
Business Systems, Network Management, and Intelligent Networks. A firm
believer in the power of a positive attitude and teamwork, Mr. Quigley
looks forward to leading the Alcatel USA group as it continues its rapid
growth in the very dynamic US telecom market. He graduated from the
University of New South Wales with a degree in Physics and Mathematics
and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
