Mike McIntyre

MIKE McINTYRE is the Chief Executive Officer of ActaView Corporation. He
is responsible for overall strategic and operational direction and
performance for ActaView. Mr. McIntyre has an extensive record of
executive leadership at both publicly traded and private corporations
across a variety of industries. Mr. McIntyre rose to the leadership
position at ActaView in January 2003 after holding the position of
Director of Corporate Development. Prior to ActaView, McIntyre served as
Director of Corporate Development at Cypress Communications, an
integrated communications service provider. At Cypress, he was
instrumental in building a national presence prior to its Initial Public
Offering in February of 2000. He has also held the title of Director of
Business Development at Actavest Corporation, and President of Cheswell
Properties, Inc. Mr. McIntyre serves on several company Boards and
maintains a portfolio of strategic company investments. He has a BS
degree from The University of Georgia.
