Michael W. McKinney

MICHAEL W. MCKINNEY is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPEEDCOM
Wireless Corporation. He founded SPEEDCOM in 1994 and has served as its
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the past seven years. Prior to
forming SPEEDCOM, Mr. McKinney worked as an executive of AT&T and NCR
Corporation. He has 19 years of experience with local and wide area
computer networks. He holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Miami
University in Oxford, Ohio.
