Michael W. Johnson

MICHAEL W. JOHNSON is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of InfoNow
Corp. Prior to joining InfoNow, he worked with McKinsey & Company, where
he served leading technology companies in the United States and Europe
on growth, strategy and customer service issues. He also has held
professional positions with IBM, Eastman Kodak, The Technology Group and
Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Applied and Engineering Physics and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in English from Cornell University, a Diplme from Universit de
Paris and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford
University’s Graduate School of Business.
