Michael Rubel

MICHAEL RUBEL has served as the Chief Operating Officer of ARC
Communications, Inc. since July 1998. Mr. Rubel was the co-Founder,
President and Chief Executive Officer of CMP Advertising from 1976 to
1992. He went on to form The Navesink River Group, a full-service
marketing communications company that merged with ARC Communications in
December 1997. Mr. Rubel received a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh
Dickinson University in 1975.
