Michael Meyers

MICHAEL MEYERS is President of Running Fox Resource Corp. Mr. Meyers is
a Corporate and Securities Lawyer who has been counsel to numerous
private and public resource issuers in Canada. He has been actively
involved with the resource markets for more than 15 years as a
principal. Mr. Meyers owns resource assets, claims and grants in British
Columbia and in the Yukon Territories. He also holds two diplomas from
the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), a BA, LLB (UBC).
