Michael Mansouri

MICHAEL MANSOURI is President & CEO of OmniTrust, Inc. Mr. Mansouri has
more than 20 years experience in high tech software and data
communications industries serving U.S., European and Asian markets.
Formerly chairman, president and CEO of iPass Inc., a leading provider
of global remote connectivity services, he doubled revenues and
increased profits each year during his tenure. Mr. Mansouri’s strategic
direction and market vision were the guiding forces behind the
development of service initiatives including the industry’s first global
broadband roaming offering in Internet hot spots such as airports,
hotels and convention centers. Under his leadership, iPass was selected
as one of “San Francisco’s Top 50 Companies to Watch” and one of
ComputerWorld Magazine’s “Top 100 Emerging Companies in 2002”. In
January 2003, iPass filed with the SEC to raise $50 million in an
initial public offering. Mr. Mansouri joined iPass from Teleglobe
Business Solutions, formerly Telco/Teleglobe, where he served as COO.
Prior to joining Teleglobe, Mr. Mansouri held executive management
positions in marketing, engineering and operations at companies such as
Sprint International ACSI/e.spire, where he effectively launched
programs increasing product margins, forming strategic alliances and
developing international business opportunities. A frequent speaker at
key industry events worldwide, Mr. Mansouri holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Utah State University, a
Master of Science degree in Management Sciences from George Washington
University where he graduated Omega Rho with a minor in Management
Information Systems, and has completed the MIT Sloan School of
Management program in corporate strategy
